There's a nail polish that looks like it's clear but has a pink tint to it, do you know what it's called or even what color it is?

I’m not sure which one you’re specifically looking for but any french/american manicure pink would achieve that effect. They’re always a sheer pink that gives off a soft tint of pink on the nail. Or if you want a full on clear, get some clear nail polish and mix in a drop of red or pink and add more until you get the desired pink you want.

One sheer pink that I like is Essie’s true love. Give that one a go?
